Coty was unable to make our scheduled time, but his communication was fantastic. Unfortunately, our dryer would have cost more to repair than to purchase a new one. I genuinely appreciated this feedback from Coty. We will definitely use him again if the need arises!

The repairman arrived on short notice and diagnosed the problem. They fixed the dryer within a couple of days as they had to wait for the part. The cost was very reasonable and they were easy to work with. I would highly recommend them.

I called McCollum to look at my washer that was having problems draining. Cody was out the same evening to diagnose. He actually thought he knew the issue before he arrived, and we confirmed during his visit. Part ordered and installed a couple of days later. I will call them again. Very professional and did a good job. Very happy with their services.

Coty was quick to respond to our refrigerator problem and diagnosed it correctly. Because of the age of our unit the replacement part needed was not available but he was able to repair our existing part at a very reasonable charge. I appreciate his knowledge and professionalism and would definitely recommend him to others with appliance problems!

I can't say enough good about Cody! I know that I can depend on him if any of my appliances need work. He is efficient, knowledgeable, friendly, and arrives and works in a timely manner. He has even told me over the phone what I can do myself to fix the problem, possibly eliminating the need to have him come out, which saves me money. I don't know what I'll do if he ever decides to stop repairing appliances!

This is the second time we’ve used Coty McCollum for an appliance repair. This was for our dryer; Coty was here a bit earlier than expected, and called to make sure we were home. He diagnosed the problem within a very short time, had parts with him, and the repair was completed within 30-45 minutes. Coty made a point to show us the issues and quote costs before proceeding. I would definitely call him again.

Called for service on a leaking ice maker. Coty showed up on time, determined we needed a new one and returned later that day and installed the new ice maker. Happy with the service and the cost.

Recently hired Coty McCullum due to a dryer issue. He arrived promptly was respectful and was able to repair the issue. I would definitely hire him again if the need arises. Reasonably priced.
